Today was a little bit sobering - at 8.30 this morning, we had a meeting to discuss the magazine and realised quite how little progress we have made over the last ten days. Slightly worrying, considering that we only have 13 days before we go to press and will be starting DTP in the morning. It may prove interesting arranging our lack of text around the page...
Cue Roberta and her customary exhortation: "Come on, you lovely people - get on the phone!"
And that is precisely what we did.
Hours later, after a random selection of conversations on Russian kilts, the potato market, rebranded pork pies and other improbable topics, the news stories are beginning to take shape.
